Ingredients:
Toor Dal - 1 Cup
Chana Dal - 1 Cup
Urad Dal - 1 Cup
Paprika - 3 Tbsp
Hinge - A pinch
Red Chili - 5
Ghee - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste
Procedure:
Dry roast each of the above mentioned lentils separately
Roast the red chili in ghee
Blend all the lentils along with red chili into a fine powder
Add salt to taste along with hinge
Tips:
Roast the lentils on medium heat ( The slower it cooks, the better it tastes)
